摘  要:从云南省楚雄州和大理市采集到圆叶锦葵(Malva rotundifolia Linn.)病株,主要表现为叶片金色花叶症状,从中选取典型症状病株分离物YN2131和YN2276进行PCR扩增、克隆和测序,获得两个分离物的全基因组核苷酸序列。分析表明,2个分离物具有典型的双生病毒基因组结构,长度分别为2747 nt和2743 nt,其中YN2131与云南赛葵黄脉病毒同源性最高,YN2276与保山赛葵黄脉病毒同源性最高。YN2131和YN2276都伴随有致病相关的DNA卫星分子,YN2131β和YN2276β分别属于MYVYNV和MYVV伴随的卫星分子。这是首次在国内报道双生病毒侵染圆叶锦葵。The infected Malva rotundlfolia Linn. plants, which showed yellow mosaic, were collected in Dali city and Chuxiong prefecture of Yunnan province. The representative isolates of YN2131 and YN2276 had been amplified, cloned and sequenced. The nucleic acid se- quence analysis showed that two isolates had typical geminivims genome structure, and contained 2747 nt or 2743 nt. BLASTn analysis indi- catad that the DNA-A molecules of YN2131and YN2276 were most closely related to Malvastrum yellow vein Yunnan virus and Malvastrum yellow vein Baoshan virus separately. Both YN2131 and YN2276 were associated with beta satellites. Moreover, the beta satellites of YN2131 and YN2276 had the highest nucleotide sequence identity with MYVYNV and MYVBV satellite, respectively. This is the first report of Malva rotundifolia L infected with geminiviruses.
