木粉原料对木粉/聚乙烯复合材料性能影响研究

摘  要:使用橡胶木粉、稻壳粉及橡胶籽壳粉等木粉原料以相似配方、相同模具制备一系列木塑复合样品试件。对试件弯曲破坏载荷、加热尺寸变化率、吸水率、密度及热性能等进行研究,结果表明,木粉原料的性质对木塑复合材料性能有重要影响。大多数木粉原料使用类似配方即可生产出性能优异的木塑复合材料,而橡胶籽壳粉由于高油脂含量使得样品试件性能最差,因此利用橡胶籽壳粉生产木塑复合材料需对橡胶籽壳粉进一步加工处理,并调整生产配方。Using different wood powder such as rubber wood powder,rice husk powder and rubber-seed shell powder,Wood-plastic Composites (WPC) were made from similar formula and the same mold in this paper.The most important properties were researched such as failure load,heating size change rate,water absorption,density and thermal properties.It had been proved that WPC had the excellent performance and could be produced by the most of wood powder for using a similar formula.But the test specimen with the rubber-seed shell powder got the worst performance because of its high oil content,so this kind of WPC with rubber-seed shell powder should need further processing and adjust production formula.
