摘 要:通过对4个兰花菌根真菌菌株生理学培养特征的试验分析,选择菌株培养的最适pH值、温度、氮源和碳源,优化其培养体系。结果表明,4个菌根真菌菌株的最适培养条件具有差异性,3个菌株在pH为5的培养基中生长最佳,而菌株LH94则在pH为7时菌丝生物量最大;3个菌株在25℃下生长最好,而LH53的最适生长温度为20℃;仅菌株LH52在硝态氮中生长更好,其余均偏好有机氮;所有菌株均适合以可溶性糖尤其是单糖作为培养基氮源。Researches of biological characters of mycorrhizal fungi in orchid had been carried out, in order to confirm the optimum pH, growing temperature, nitrogen source and carbon source. The results showed that the four strains exhibited different situation under various cultural conditions. The optimized culture condition of three strains was at 25℃, with initiating pH of 5 and organic nitrogen. As the same time the differences under various cultural conditions among the four strains were as follows: LH94 grew well when pH was 7, while LH53 did so at 20℃, and only LH52 grew better in nitrate nitrogen source. All the strains had the ability to utilize soluble sugar especially the monosaccharide.
