摘 要:以组织培养的樟脑型樟树继代芽为试验材料,研究了不同生根培养基、培养环境条件及移栽基质配比对组培单芽生根的影响。结果表明:最适宜组培单芽生根培养基为M2(MS+Ca(NO3)2·4H2O300mg/L)+IBA3.0mg/L+IAA2.0mg/L+ABT61.0mg/L,生根率86.8%。较佳培养环境条件为温度25~28℃,光照强度2000—4000lx。以33%椰糠+67%红心土的基质配比进行移栽效果最好,苗木生长健壮,成活率达85.0%。Influences of rooting media, culture environmental conditions and transplanting substrate on rooting of shoots were investigated using the subculture shoots in Cinnamomum camphora. Results showed that the optimum rooting medium was M2( MS + Ca( NO3 )2 ·4H2O 300 mg/L) + IBA 3.0 mg/L + IAA 2.0 mg/L + ABT6 1.0 mg/L with the rooting percentage of 86.8%. The optimum culture environmental conditions were the temperature of 25-28 ℃ and the light intensity of 2 000 -4 000 lx. The mixed substrate from coco coir of 33% and red soil of 67% was most snitable for the growth of transplanted plantlets in vitro, on which they were vigorous and the survival rate of them was 85.0%.
