摘 要:运用群落生态学研究方法,于2009年至2011年在浙江衢州市对有、无白三叶草入侵的马尼拉草坪(两种类型的草坪立地生态条件一致)中杂草的种类、高度、密度等指标进行调查。结果表明,在有、无白三叶草入侵的两种类型的马尼拉草坪中:2009年、2010年、2011年的杂草种类分别为35、29、22种和47、51、52种;Shannon多样性指数(H/)、Shannon均匀度指数(E)和Margalef物种丰富度指数(DMG)平均值分别为4.97、1.30、0.42和10.17、2.38、0.83。数据分析可知,两种类型草坪杂草的多样性指数呈显著性差异(p<0.05)。实验表明,白三叶草对马尼拉草坪杂草群落多样性有显著性影响(p<0.05),因此尽量不选用白三叶草作为观赏草坪的种植材料。In order to reveal specifically the impacts of Trifolium repens L. on lawn species and biodiversity of manila lawns,a study was carried out in Quzhou city,Zhejiang province from 2009 to 2011. Two manila lawns were monitored under the site conditions,one with Trifolium repens L. planted and one without. Through the community ecology research method,items such as the height,number and density of weed species were examined. The research showed that significant differences( p 0. 05) could be observed:( 1) weed species from 2009 to 2011 were 35,29,22( with Trifolium repens L.) and 47,51,52( without Trifolium repens L.),respectively;( 2) Shannon diversity index( H'),Shannon evenness index( E) and Margalef species richness index( DMG) were4.97,1.30,0.42( with Trifolium repens L.) and10. 17,2. 38,0. 83( without Trifolium repens L.),respectively. The findings revealed that the invasive weed Trifolium repens L. had significant influence on both weed species and diversity. It was then strongly recommended that invasion of Trifolium repens L. in lawns should be under strong supervision and control and the practice of growing Trifolium repens L. as an ornamental plant in lawns should not be encouraged.
