芒针配合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁30例

摘　　要：目的:观察芒针配合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60名脑梗死后尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予常规的内科治疗,对照组采用醒脑开窍针刺法,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用芒针深刺中脘、关元、水道。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芒针结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁操作简便,疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of awn needle accompanied with acupuncture therapy inducing resuscitation in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction. Methods ： 60 patients with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction which conforms to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 respectively. The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment. The control group adopted acupuncture therapy, and the treatment group used elongated needle to deeply needle at Zhongwan, Guanyuan and Shuidao. Results： The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 73.33%, and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Awn needle therapy combined with acupuncture treating urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction has the advantages of simple operation and obvious curative effect.
