摘  要:以聚合氯化铝(PACl)作为混凝剂,采用混凝法处理高浓度(COD〉50 000 mg/L)涤纶工业长丝生产废水,以降低废水的悬浮物、有机物含量和生物毒性,提高废水可生化性,以便后续采用生物法进一步处理。实验结果表明:PACl能够有效降低废水的浊度、COD、BOD5及生物毒性,其对浊度、COD、BOD5和生物毒性的最高去除率分别为99.9%、92.8%、91.2%和99.2%。此外,PACl可在一定程度上提高废水的可生化性,在其投加量为1 200 mg/L时,BOD5/COD值(0.13)可达到原水的1.75倍。综合考虑废水处理成本及污染物去除情况,PACl最佳投加量为1 000~1 500 mg/L。Polyaluminum chloride (PAC1) was used as coagulant to treat terylene industrial filament manufacturing wastewater containing high-concentration pollutants (COD 〉 50 000 mg/L) in order to decrease the concentrations of suspended solids and organic matters, and simultaneously to improve wastewater biodegradability. Experimental results showed that PAC1 could remove effectively turbidity, COD, BODs and biological toxicity of the wastewater, and the highest removals of turbidity, COD, BODs and biological toxicity were 99.9%, 92.8%, 91.2% and 99.2% respectively. In addition, PACI could improve wastewater biodegradability to some extent, and BODs/COD value of the wastewater treated at the PAC1 dosage of 1 200 mg/L(0.13) was 1.75 times as much as that of the raw wastewater. The optimal PAC1 dosage was 1 000~1 500 mg/L based on treatment cost of the wastewater and removal of the pollutants in wastewater.
