摘 要:文章以传统水文计算和最新的数字水文模型为基础,将数字流域生成、空间分析和决策过程综合为信息计算流,从流域面积、河长、库容曲线等流域特征提取,流域数字模型建立及等值线绘制,流域三维全景选址、规划、模拟等几个方面,阐述了地理信息系统在水文设计中应用的关键技术及理论,以期为流域规划、工程设计、防洪预报等提供新的思路和依据。Based on the conventional hydrological computation and the latest digital hydrological model, in this paper, the digital catch- ment production, space analysis and policy-making process are integrated into the information computation flow. Then, the key technolo- gy and theory of application of the geographic information system in the hydrological design are described in terms of the extraction of the catchment characteristics of catchment area, river length, storage capacity curve, etc. , building of the digital catchment model and map- ping of isoline, and selection, planning and simulation of 3D panoramic site. It expects that the study in this paper can provide catchment planning, engineering design and flood predication with new concept and basis.
