摘　　要：以湖北省某一典型小型水库为例,对其进行了坝体渗流稳定、坝坡抗滑稳定及运行管理3个方面的安全评价,综合比较分析后确定其为病险水库,并给出了相应的除险加固的建议。With an example of one small-sized reservoir in Hebei Province, the safety assessment is performed in terms of its dam seep- age stability, slope stability against sliding and operation management. Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis, the reser- voir is diagnosed a defect one. Accordingly, corresponding measures for its defect elimination and reinforcement are raised.
