摘　　要：广东省引进创新科研团队政策是广东省乃至全国高层次人才政策体系中最具影响力的政策之一,是广东省高层次人才政策体系的重要组成部分。尝试从政策制定层面及执行层面对广东省引进创新科研团队政策进行研究,分析其存在问题并提出相应对策建议。Guangdong special project of the introduction of innovative science research team policy is one of the most influentials in our country,and it＇s an important part of Guangdong high level talents policy system. This paper attempts to find the existing problems and propose suggestions of innovative science research team policy from the policy development and the implementation level.
