摘　　要：金融危机后,奥巴马当局推出"再工业化"战略,试图通过重新回归制造业以打破全球产业分工格局、重构产业链,从而抢占优势地位。而这一战略的实施影响着我国制造业的发展,主要表现在挤压我国传统制造业、遏制高端制造业发展、减少跨国公司对华直接投资和加剧中美贸易摩擦等方面。为应对这些影响,我国应积极采取如下措施:推动制造业转型升级、扩大内需、构建现代化的人力资源开发体系、加快转变外贸发展方式以及充分发挥政府采购的推动作用。After the international financial crisis,the Obama Administration launches the re- industrialization strategy. By returning to manufacturing,they want to break the pattern of global industry division of labor and reconstruct the industrial chain so as to get the leadership positions. The implementation of American re- industrialization strategy affects the development of Chinese manufacturing,mainly reflected in crowding out our traditional manufacturing industries,impeding the development of high- end manufacturing,reducing the multinational company foreign direct investment in China and intensifying the trade friction. In response to these effects,our country should actively take measures,such as promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,expanding domestic demand,creating a modern human resource development system and giving full play to the role of government procurement.
