深化大阿尔泰区域科技合作的新思路和新举措

摘　　要：中俄哈蒙阿尔泰区域科技与经济合作机制经过十多年运行,已由部门间的合作上升到政府层面,并逐渐成为上海合作组织框架下的次区域合作典范。该区域内四国六方在科技、教育、旅游、经济、交通等领域展开了广泛交流与合作,取得了一系列可喜成绩和一批重要成果。文章从阿尔泰区域科技合作的发展现状入手,提出新时期新阶段深化大阿尔泰区域科技合作的新思路和六项重大举措建议。After running for more than a decade,the scientific,technological and economic cooperation mechanism in Altai Region among China,Russia,Kazakstan and Mongolia has risen from department level to government level,and gradually become a model of sub- regional cooperation within the frame of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The four countries and six parties in the region have developed comprehensive communication and cooperation in the areas of science technology,education,tourism,economy and traffic,achieved a series of delightful result and a number of important achievement. This article started with the scientific and technological development status within the Altai Region,and brought up new thoughts and six important measures in deepening scientific and technological cooperation within the Great Altai Region in the new age.
