摘 要:【目的】研究滴灌技术对新台糖22号甘蔗伸长期的农艺性状、生理生化性状、品质性状和产量的影响,为研究甘蔗灌溉技术提供参考。【方法】开展田间试验,在甘蔗伸长期前、中、后期各进行一次滴灌处理,每次灌溉量为60m3/ha,另以常规灌溉处理作对照,测定新台糖22号甘蔗伸长期株高、茎径、叶面积等农艺性状,叶绿素、SOD、MDA、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖等生理生化性状,蔗汁还原糖、甘蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分等品质性状以及甘蔗产量等指标。【结果】甘蔗伸长期内,滴灌处理的株高、茎径和+1叶面积均高于对照处理,其中株高显著高于对照处理(P<0.05,下同),其余指标差异均不显著。滴灌处理的叶绿素含量、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量均高于对照处理,其中SOD活性显著高于对照,其余指标差异均不显著;MDA低于对照处理,差异不显著。滴灌处理蔗汁还原糖、甘蔗糖分和甘蔗纤维分含量分别比对照处理提高8.89%、7.50%和6.13%,但差异均不显著。滴灌处理的有效茎和产量分别比对照处理增加25.43%和27.26%,差异均达显著水平。【结论】综合考虑,滴灌技术对大田甘蔗伸长期灌溉的效果优于常规灌溉。[Objective]The effects of drip irrigation technology on agronomic,physiological and biochemical traits,quality traits and yield of ROC22 in elongation were studied to provide references for sugarcane irrigation research.[Method]The experiment carried out in the field included drip irrigation and conventional irrigation treatments.Drip irrigation was conducted once in prophase,interim and late stage of elongation and drip irrigation capacity was 60 m3/ha.Conventional irrigation was set as the control.The tested indexes were agronomic traits including height,stem diameter and leaf area,and physiological and biochemical traits including chlorophyll,SOD,MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar and quality traits including reducing sugar in juice,sugar,sugarcane fiber and yield.[Result]Plant height,stem diameter and +1 leaf area of sugarcane in elongation under drip treatments were all higher than those of the control and the plant height was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05,hereinafter),and the differences of the remaining indexes were not significant.Chlorophyll,SOD,soluble protein and soluble sugar content of sugarcane under drip irrigation treatments were higher than those of the control.SOD activity was significantly higher than that of the control and the remaining differences of index were not significant MDA was lower than that of the control and the difference was not significant.Compared with the control,reducing sugar in juice,sucrose and sugarcane fiber under drip irrigation treatments increased by 8.89%,7.50% and 6.13%,respectively.However,the difference was not significant Compared with the control,effective stems and yield under drip irrigation treatments increased by 25.43% and 27.26%,respectively and the difference was significant.[Conclusion]Compared with conventional irrigation,effects of drip irrigation technique on field sugarcane in elongation are superior.
