摘 要:目的建立沙漠干热环境下大鼠的中暑模型,并初步探讨沙漠干热环境下中暑大鼠生命体征的变化。方法将16只麻醉的大鼠随机分为两组,每组8只。对照组:被持续置于常温环境中(25℃,35%湿度);中暑组:被持续置于模拟的沙漠干热环境下(41℃,10%湿度),直至死亡。持续监测生命体征指标:核心体温(Tc)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、呼吸频率及大鼠形态等。结果成功建立了沙漠干热环境下大鼠中暑模型,且与对照组比较,中暑组生命体征指标及形态等出现了特征性改变,并将大鼠中暑的过程分成三个阶段。结论首次成功建立了沙漠干热环境下中暑的大鼠模型,根据生命体征进行了轻重程度分型,为探索沙漠干热环境下的中暑领域奠定了基础。Objective This study aims to establish a heatstroke rat model under a dry -heat desert environment, and preliminarily discuss the change of vital signs of these rats. Methods Sixteen anaesthetized rats were divided into two groups, each group had 8 rats. Rats in normothermic control group were placed in a normothermic environment (25℃, 35% humidity) continuously; rats in heat- stroke group were placed in a dry -heat environment of desert (41℃, 10% humidity) continuously till death. The rats were continuously monitored by the mean arterial pressure ( MAP), core temperature (Te), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate and morphology. Results The heatstroke rats showed changing characteristics on mean arterial pressure (MAP) , core temperature (Tc), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate and morphology, according to which we can divide the heatstroke process into three phases. Conclusion We have successfully established the rat heatstroke modal of dry - heat desert environment for the first time and classified the heatstroke as mild, moderate, and serious types according to the vital signs. It helps to the understanding of the heatstroke under dry - heat desert environment.
