摘  要:180只1日龄健康商品代肉用公雏随机分成3组,分别为空白组、130mg/kg金霉素组、0.25%酵母培养物组,定期进行肠道大肠杆菌计数,研究酵母培养物在体内与大肠杆菌的生物颉颃作用,测定血液生化指标,研究酵母培养物对肉仔鸡免疫功能和血液生化指标的影响。结果显示,饲料中添加酵母培养物可促进肉仔鸡生长,提高肉仔鸡存活率,降低肠道大肠杆菌计数,减少脂肪沉积。A total of 180 one-day-age male broiler chicks were randomly divided into three groups with blank control group, 130 mg/kg chlortetracycline group and 0.25% yeast culture group. The rectum E. coli in broilers was periodically tested to study antagonistic role between yeast culture and E. coli in vivo, and blood biochemical indexes were measured to study the effect of yeast culture supplementation on immune function and blood parameters of broilers. The results showed that dietary yeast culture could promote the growth of broiler chicks, increase the survival rate of broilers,decrease intestinal E. coli count,reduce the accumulation of fat.
