摘 要:以华南9号木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)品种的二级及以上分枝为试验材料,在冬季进行大棚扦插繁殖,并对不同茎粗的扦插材料在出芽、生根、移栽、大田生长过程中的相应指标进行测量。结果表明,平均直径1.64 cm的木薯粗茎段生根率达94.4%,移栽存活率为89.3%,移栽后植株长势良好,株高、茎粗、叶片数和叶面积极显著高于中(平均直径为1.10 cm)、细茎段(平均直径为0.69 cm)处理;而中茎段生根率为76.7%,移栽存活率为59.9%;细茎段的生根率仅为29.1%,移栽存活率仅为6.8%。因此,在未采用其他措施人为控制温室大棚内温度的情况下,直径大于1.10 cm的木薯茎段可作为越冬扩繁扦插材料,而直径小于0.69 cm的细茎段不宜作为越冬扦插材料。Using theManihot esculenta Crantz Cassava(cv.SC9) young cuttings of the two or more branches as materials,the comparative tests on various cuttings were conducted to determine the rooting rate,survival rate and the growth vigor of the plantlets.The results showed that,as for the thick cuttings with the average diameter of 1.64 cm,the rooting percentage andsurvival rate reached to 94.4% and 89.3% respectively.The growth vigor was also significantly higher than that of both the middle(average diameter 1.10 cm) and thin cuttings (average diameter 0.69 cm).The rooting percentage and survival rate of the middle were 76.7% and 59.9% respectively.However,the rooting percentage and survival rate of the thin were only 29.1% and 6.8%,respectively.Therefore,without the artificial control of the temperature inside the greenhouse,the cuttings with the diameter of over 1.10 cm were more suitable as the materials for propagation in winter,contrasting to the thin cuttings with the diameter of less than 0.69 cm.
