培养基优化提高灰树花胞内多糖产量的研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐对灰树花胞内多糖产量的影响。结果表明,灰树花胞内多糖最适的培养基配方为玉米粉的添加量为2.0%,黄豆粉的添加量为0.3%,KH2PO4的添加量为0.15%,此条件下胞内多糖产量为13.036 mg/100 mL,较优化前提高了121.7%。The effects of carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salts on the production of intracellular polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal culture medium contained 2.0％ corn powder,0.3％ soybean powder and 0.15％ KH2PO4.Under this condition,the yield of intracellular polysaccharides was 13.036 mg/100 mL,121.7％ higher than that before optimization.
