摘　　要：针对目前新生代农民工整体工资水平偏低的情况,基于2001-2011年《中国统计年鉴》上的数据,运用主成分分析法分析了社会劳动生产率、劳动力供求状况、物价水平、人力资本等因素对新生代农民工工资增长的影响程度,并根据分析结果提出了加强义务教育和职业培训、提高劳动生产率、完善劳动力市场等政策建议,以期为实现新生代农民工工资的合理增长打好理论基础。Based on the overall low wage level of new generation migrant workers,and the data of China Statistical Yearbook from 2001 to 2011,factors affecting wage growth of new generation migrant workers including social labor productivity,employment rate,price level and human capital were analyzed with principal component analysis.Based on the results,some advices such as strengthening compulsory education and occupation training,improving labor productivity and labor market were put forward to provide theory reference for realizing reasonable wage growth of new generation migrant workers.
