摘　　要：下导梁轮轨式架桥机的采用满足了秦沈客运专线 2 4 m单箱双线混凝土梁的架设。该机结构简单重心低 ,喂梁定位三点起吊 ,微调对位 ,运梁台车采用垂直、水平绞接 ,刚柔支承混凝土箱梁 ,使运梁台车适应弯曲道上运输 ,混凝土箱梁不受扭曲。该成果获 2 0 0The wheel/rail type bridge erecting machine with bottom guiding beam was used in the construction of the 24 m single box concrete bridge on the double tracked Qin Shen dedicated passenger line. The machine is simple in structure and low in gravity center. It feeds the girder, locates it and cranes it at three points. It then can tune the girder position. The girder carriage uses the vertical and horizontal hinges to support rigidly and flexibly the concrete box girder so that the carrier can negotiate curves without distorting the girder itself. This achievement obtained the second class award of the national scientific and technological progress 2001.
