摘  要:用60 Co -γ射线照射家蚕羽化前 2~ 3日雌蛹 ,羽化后与未经照射的雄蛾交配制种 ,于F3 群体中发现了一种双亲没有的新性状个体———高度油蚕。其幼虫皮肤透明度高 ,但没有其他高度油蚕的致死性 ,经多代饲养 ,体质强健 ,生殖力也正常。对其进行遗传分析和连锁检索 ,结果 :该油蚕为常染色体上的隐性基因突变 ;与红色卵 (re)连锁 ,属于第 5连锁群 ;其油蚕性比中国油 (oc)高 ,与oc杂交后代均为油蚕 ,确定其基因座位是 :5 - 4 0 .8。基因符号命名为 :occo。Female pupae were irradiated with 60 Co-γ-ray 2~3 days prior to eclosion. Then, after emergence, they were copulated with unirradiated males. In the F 3 population an individual with a new character that neither parent had was discovered - translucent. The larva had a high degree of translucence, but was less lethal than other kinds of translucent silkworms. After a few generations of rearing, the offsprings remained healthy and vigorous and retained high fecundity. Hereditary and linkage analysis showed that this character resulted from a recessive inheritable mutation on an autosome. The mutation was found to be linked with the red-egg gene ( re) and belong to the 5 th linkage group. It appeared more translucent than oc . The cross progenies with oc were all translucent, indicating that its gene locus should be at 5-40.8. It is assigned the gene symbol oc co .
