中药免疫增强剂对新荣Ⅰ系母猪生产性能的影响研究

摘　　要：随机选择 2 0头胎次相同、配种日期接近的新荣Ⅰ系能繁母猪饲喂相同基础日粮 ,试验组添加 1%中药免疫增强剂 ,经过一个繁殖周期的试验 ,中药免疫增强剂不仅能很好地维护肠道有益微生物群落的正常平衡 ,而且还能显著提高母猪妊期增重 11.5 6 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,猪成活率 2 .78% ;极显著地提高仔猪 2 0日龄重和 35日龄重 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低仔猪腹泻频次 2 5 .9% ,显著增加仔猪血液中红细胞和T细胞的数量 (P <0 .0 5 )。Randomly select 20 new Rongchang Ⅰ reproductive sow with same parities and semilar mating date to feed basal diet and the treatment was fed basal diet supplemeted with 1% herbal medicine immunity-strengthen additives.Through 1 reproduction cycle experiment, herbal medicine additives can not only efficiently maintain the normal balance of enteric beneficial microbiota;but also significantly improve sow weight gain by 11.56% ( P <0.05) during pregnancy and neonate survival rate by 2.78% separately; especially the 20 th and 35 th day weight of piglets ( P <0.01); markedly lower piglet diarrhera frequency by 25.93% and increase the number of T cell in piglet blood by 7.58% ( P <0.05).
