摘　　要：根据提取木本植物组织RNA时所获得的知识和经验 ,对木本植物组织总RNA提取时所遇到的提取产量低、RNA降解、多酚物质干扰、DNA干扰、多糖干扰、蛋白质干扰及杂质干扰等问题进行了探讨 ,并提出了具体的解决方法。同时 ,对各种常用的RNA提取方法进行了分类 ,并对它们的原理及优劣进行了论述与评价。According to the knowledge and experiences acquired in isolating total RNA from ligneous plant tissues, the authors probe in and discuss the problems that often occur in isolating total RNA from ligneous plant tissues, such as low RNA output, RNA degrading, the interference of hydroxybenzenes, DNA, amylose, protein and other impurities, then bring forward the resolvable ways of these problems in particular. Meanwhile, sort the RNA isolating ways in common use into some categories, and also discuss their principles and evaluate their strongpoints and inferiors.
