柴胡滴丸对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :检测柴胡滴丸对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响。方法 :采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法进行检测。结果 :在血凝滴度 1∶8时 ,口服柴胡滴丸的小鼠红细胞血凝阳性率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复方柴胡滴丸对小鼠的免疫功能具有增强作用。Object: In order to test the effect of red cell immune adherence (RCIA) function in mice by chaihu drop pill. Method: using red cell agglutinating test of complement sensitized yeast. Result: The result showed that the positive rate of YHA were significant difference between the experiment group and control group (P<0.01) when red cell agglutinating titer was 1∶8. Conclusion: The observation showed that RCIA of mice were increased by chaihu drop pill.
