弹性蛇形髓内针治疗尺桡骨骨折(附24例报告)

摘　　要：目的　报告弹性蛇形髓内针 (SIN)治疗前臂骨折的临床效果。方法　自 2 0 0 0年 1月以来 ,采用自行研制的SIN闭合或切开髓内固定桡骨 12例 ,尺骨 2例 ,尺桡骨 10例。其中男 15例 ,女 9例 ,年龄 10～ 75岁 ,平均 35岁。新鲜骨折 17例 ,陈旧性骨折 7例。结果　所有病例均获得随访 ,最短 5个月 ,最长 2 1个月 ,平均 14个月 ,均获骨性愈合 ,愈合时间平均 13周。未见植入物断裂、松动、感染及再骨折发生。按前臂疗效评定标准 ,本组优 12例 ,良 10例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 91 7%。结论　SIN具有较强的抗旋转作用 ,具有手术简单、创伤小及固定牢靠之优点 ,对骨折愈合及伤肢功能恢复 ,效果良好。Objective This article reported the effect of treatment of fracture of the forearm with the snake-shaped intramedullary nail(SIN).Methods From January 2000,24 cases of the forearm fracture were with a self-designed snake-shaped intramedullary nail close or open internal fixation.There were 12 cases with adius fracture,2 cases with ulna fracture.and 10 cases with double fractures of the forearm.There were 15 men and 9 women,with mean age of 35 years (10～75).Seventeen patients were fresh fracture and 7 were old fracture.Results The average follow-up period was 14 months (5～21).All of fractures healed up,the time for fracture union was average 13 weeks.All insertion in forearm were not broken,relaxed,infection and re fracture.It showed that excellent patients was 12 cases,better 10,good 2,and the rate of excellent and good was 91.7 percent.Conclusion The authors consider that the nails have functions of anti-rotating.It has advantages of manipulated easier and fixed stably.It has good effects in forearm fracture and its function recovery.
