摘 要:考察了几种不同型号的沸石催化剂对苯与环己基甲酸反应合成环己基苯基甲酮的催化活性.在研究条件下,催化活性排序为:H-β型>H-Y型>HZSM-5型.用 L16(45)正交表设计安排了实验,优化了以H-β型沸石为催化剂的反应条件,在最优反应条件下,环己基苯基甲酮收率为12.8%,并对催化剂寿命作了初步研究.Three types of zeolite catalysts were studied in the synthesis of methanone cyclohexylphenyl using benzene to react with cyclohexyl acide. The results show that the methanone cyclohexylphenyl yield increase in the order of: H-β>H-Y>HZSM-5. The experiments were designed to optimize the reaction catalyzed by H-β zeolite using orthogonal layout L16(45). Under the optimum conditions, the yield of methanone cyclohexylphenyl could reach 12.8%. The primary study of the using life of H-β zeolite was also carried on.
