摘　　要：介绍了印度Shreyans公司成功运行的一套非传统的碱回收系统。该系统的主体设备包括多效蒸发器和流化床反应器。该碱回收系统可直接回收Na2CO3颗粒,有效地避免了硅干扰的问题,此外,与传统的碱回收系统相比,该系统还具有投资少、操作简单、安全、有利于环保等优点。A non-conventional chemical recovery system, FBT system, successfully operated by Shreyans Industries LTD, India, was introduced. Multi effect Evaporator and Fluidized Bed Reactor (FBR) are major parts of the system. As Na2CO3 pellets can be recovered in FBT system, the problems caused by silica can be effectively avoided. Therefore, FBT system is especially suitable for black liquor from agricultural residues which has high silica contents. Furthermore, compared with conventional recovery system, FBT system has many advantages, such as low capital cost, hazardous free, easy operation and environment friendly.
