摘　　要：Nandy ,Leong和Mogenthaler和Randic等给出了一些DNA序列的 2 D和 3 D的图形表示 ,它给了DNA序列的比较直观的描述 .本文给出了新的DNA图表示由在 2 D空间用 4个特殊的矢量分别表示那四个核苷酸的基 .这样一个DNA序列就能表示在一个平面上 .Some 2 D and 3 d graphical representations of DNA sequences have been given by Nandy,Leong and Mogenthaler and Randic et al.,which give visual characterizations of DNA sequences.In this paper,we introduce a novel graphical representation of DNA sequences by taking four special vectors in 2 D space to represent the four nucle otide bases in DNA sequences,so that a DNA sequence is denoted on a plane.It is shown that the novel graphical representation of DNA sequences does not have degeneracy.
