摘  要:和传统的高速织造系统相比 ,瑞士Sulzer公司研制的多相织机在价格上是很有竞争力的。为了形成几个和组织结构相对应的平行梭口 ,并能使这些梭口沿着经纱方向运动 ,采用了特殊的经纱定位器 ,使经纱连续地沿着轴向前后移动。这些运动和织造转子是同步的。对动力系统的要求很高 ,即使是几个毫米的小偏差也必须以极高的精度来解决。本文将介绍解决这一问题的实用方法。经纱定位器由带液压放大器的线性电机驱动。电机轴的设定值应和织物组织循环相对应。电机轴的实际位置通过高效传感器来测定 ,并借助数字信号处理器来控制。所需的控制曲线可用这一系统自动生成。The M8300 multi phase weaving machine developed by Sulzer Textil AG of Ruti (Switzerland) is an economically attractive alternative to conventional weaving systems for high speed waving. To form several parallel sheds in conformity with the weave which move in the direction of the warp, special warp positioners move the warp ends back and forth continuously in an axial direction. These movements are synchronised with the weaving rotor. The relatively slight deflections of just a few millimetres have to be carried out with maximum precision, under high performance specifications on system dynamics. The article will present a practical solution for this problem. The warp positioners are moved by linear motors with hydraulic amplifiers. The set values for the motor axes are generated in accordance with the pattern repeat. The actual positions of with the motor axes are measured by high resolution sensors and controlled by means of a digital signal processor (DSP). Any desired control curve can be generated automatically with this system.
