摘　　要：目的 :探讨电针配合穴位注射治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 :采用电针夹脊穴配合穴位注射当归加维生素 B1 2 注射液治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症 3 2例 ,并与单纯电针治疗的对照组进行比较 ,观察两组的临床疗效。结果 :治疗组优良率为 87.5 % ,对照组优良率为 65 .6% ,差异有显著意义(t=4.2 67,P<0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with drug injection therapy on senile prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods: Electroacupuncture combined with drug injection therapy of Danggui injection was used to treat with 32 case of senile prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc, and electroacupuncture was only used to treat with control group, then compare the effect of the two groups. Results: The excellent rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group, with the difference between the two groups have statistical significance ( t=4.267, P <0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with drug injection therapy is superior to the effect of electroacupuncture alone.
