摘　　要：本文主要介绍大气蒸发器及其闭路循环的机理和效果。清洗水和废液通过多次逆流漂洗回到电镀槽,借助大气蒸发器除去过量的水,用一个水平控制和电磁阀控制进入“清洗3”槽的水流量。所以人们可以回收电镀槽的全部废液和节约废水处理费用。The principle of atmospheric evaporator in rinsing water closed-cycling system is described. The excess water is removed from bath through atmospheric evaporator. The flow rate of water supply to the cleaning bath coulde regulated via a levelling controller. All drag-out could be recovered and the cost of waste treating could also be reduced.
