异基因抗原嵌合小鼠的皮片移植实验观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察异基因抗原嵌合小鼠的移植物抗宿主反应 (GVHD) ,以诱导骨髓移植物的免疫抑制。方法 :经尾静脉给单抗诱导供体鼠 (ICR)系小鼠注入抗CD4、CD8单抗 ,10天后输注昆明系小鼠的骨髓。输注 1周后 ,将正常昆明系小鼠皮片移植至嵌合后的ICR小鼠及未嵌合的ICR小鼠背部。结果 :经Wilcoxon检验 ,试验组和对照组皮片的存活率分别为 6 6 .6 %和 33.3% ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :异基因抗原嵌合小鼠的皮片移植成功率高。Objective:To observe GVHD in the mouse of allotype gene chimerism for inducing the inhibition of bone marrow graft. Method:Inject anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 McAb. After 10 days, non-isotype antigen (bone marrow) was injected. Results:It was seen the survival percent of skin was 33.33% in the control group and 66.6% in the experimental group, P <0.05.Conclusion:The survival percent of skin allografts of allotype gene chimerism mouse is higher.
