摘　　要：目的　探讨以社区为基础康复管理对精神疾病的作用、可行性和可持续性。方法　对汕头市精神病社区康复的覆盖率进行评估 ,同时对主要病种精神分裂症持续 5年社区康复的治疗、现病、社会功能、社会影响、复发进行评估。结果　精神病社区康复覆盖率达 2 6 .4 3% ,主要病种精神分裂症 5年社区康复疗效显著 ,5年显进率达 93.91% ,复发率 2 5 .0 0 % ,对照病例则无变化或恶化 ,显进率 2 9.17% ,复发率 95 .2 4 %。结论　本社区康复管理模式是可行和可持续的 ,能有效控制精神疾病病情 。Objective To study the efficacy, feasibility and continuty of a community based rehabilitation management. Method The schizophrenia patients who had been treated with a community based rehabilitation mamagement for five year were assessed in Shantou.Results The coverage rate was 26.43 %. The treatment did much better with significant improvement in 93.91 % and clinical relapse in 25.00 % while compared with the control group who had significant improvement only in 29.17 % and the relapse rate was 95.24% in five years. Conclusion There are feasibility and continuty in the community based rehabilitation management. It showed that community based rehabilitation management helps to maintain clincal remission, improve social function and reduce relapse in psychiatric patients.
