摘　　要：Forsythiaside was obtained by using macro reticular resin D 101 and vaccum liquid chromatography.Using the method of agarose diffusion,the inhibition of porcine pancreatic elastase by forsythiaside was studied.The results shown that forsythiaside could inhibit the activity of porcine pancreatic elastase.Forsythiaside was obtained by using macro reticular resin D 101 and vaccum liquid chromatography.Using the method of agarose diffusion,the inhibition of porcine pancreatic elastase by forsythiaside was studied.The results shown that forsythiaside could inhibit the activity of porcine pancreatic elastase.
