摘　　要：目的　观察抗角蛋白自身抗体 (antikeratinautoantibody ,AKautoAb)对豚鼠银屑病样模型的作用。 方法　应用心得安法制备豚鼠耳廓银屑病样模型。采用亲和层析法纯化的正常人AKautoAb ,以肌肉注射方式给药 ,从组织病理变化评价治疗效果。结果　AKautoAb组动物银屑病样改变的恢复程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ;动物血清中可检测人到AKautoAb。结论　提示AKautoAb具有促进豚鼠银屑病样模型恢复的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of AK auto Ab on psoriasis-like model of guinea-pig.Methods Propranolol was applied to make the psoriasis-like model of guinea-pig.AK auto Ab purified from pooled serum of healthy human by chromatography was given to animals through intramuscular injection,with immunoglobulin without AK auto Ab as control.Effect of AK auto Ab was analyzed by means of histological score.Results Psoriasis-like model of guinea-pig in AK auto Ab groups had a faster recovery than that of the controls,and human AK auto Ab was detected in sera of guinea-pig.Conclusion It suggeste that AK auto Ab can improve the recovery of psoriasis-like model of guinea-pig.
