摘　　要：目的观察并探讨聪圣胶囊治疗老年期血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效和机理。方法参照WHO公布的美国精神神经病学会VD诊断标准(DSM-IV),选取老年期VD53例,按随机双盲法分为治疗组28例、对照组25例,治疗60d,采用简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)和Blessd行为量表(BBS)于治疗前后统计积分变化,进行疗效评估。结果治疗组总有效率为92.85%,对照组为48.00%(P<0.05),显示聪圣胶囊治疗轻、中度老年期VD疗效优于喜得镇;MMSE和BBS结果表明聪圣胶囊不仅对老年期VD患者智能障碍的改善有较好疗效,同时对其社会生活能力、日常生活自理能力及个性方面亦有较好的改善作用,其效果均优于喜得镇。结论浊毒损伤脑络是老年期VD的主要病机,益肾化浊法为治疗本病的重要方法,聪圣胶囊治疗老年期VD疗效显著,安全可靠。Obiective:To study the clinical curative effect and machanism of Congsheng Capsule in treating Vascular Dementia (VD). Methods:53 patients with VD were chosen according to the diagnostic criteria of the American Society of Psychosis and Neuropathy promulgated by WHO (DSM-IV) and were divided into two groups by the random and double-blind way:the Congsheng Capsule group(treated group,28 cases) and the Hydergine group(controlled group,25 cases).After 60 days'treatment,the curative effect was evaluated by the statistics based on the MMSE(Mini Mental State Examination) and BBS (Bless Behaviour Schedual) before and after treating.Results:The total effective rate of Congsheng Capsule(treated group) was 92.85%,while the controlled group was 48.00%(P< 0.05).It showed that the treated group had better curative effect on mild and moderate degrades of VD than controlled group had.The results of MMSE and BBS showed Congsheng Capsule had good curative effect not only on improving patients' disturbance of intelligence,but also on improving social viability,daily self-care ability and personality.The effects were better than the controlled group. Conclusion:The main pathogenic machanism of VD is the impairment of the brain collateral due to turbid toxic materials in the body.So the principle treatment of VD is to supplement the kidney and eliminate turbid materials out of the body.Congsheng Capsule has notable,safe and reliable effect on VD.
