摘　　要：肽库是研究与特定靶分子高亲和结合配体的有力工具。肽文库可被分为合成肽文库和噬菌体肽文库两类。作者综述了噬菌体肽文库及其蛋白质结构域分析定位、疫苗研制及抗原表位分析和药物设计等方面的应用。Peptide library is a powerful technology for finding ligands with high amnities to giventargets. It can be divided into two subsets' synthetic peptide library and phage display peptidelibrary. Applications include the mapping of protein domains, the development of leads for vaccineresearch and epitope mapping, drug discovery of phage display peptide library are reviewed.
