环面蜗杆的变中心距修形研究

摘　　要：介绍一种新的修形方法——变中心距修形。在这种方法中，第一次包络过程，即加工蜗杆齿面的过程，中心距不再是一个定值，而是蜗杆转角的函数。作者对变中心距修形有关计算公式和设计计算方法进行了一些探讨。This article introduces a new method of generaltype drive of variable center-to-center. In the first envelope of this method, that is the process of manufacturing worm-face, the distance between centers is no longer a constant, but a function of worm rotary-angle. The author does some researches on the theory, formula and designing method for general-type drive of variable center-to-center.
