摘　　要：应用FMEA法对立式加工中心进行故障分析 ,查清整机各故障部位、故障模式的比率 ,找到可靠性薄弱环节和潜在的弱点 ,并把故障分析的结果反馈给设计、制造、装配及供应等部门 ,从各方面采取措施 。FMEA method is used to analyze the faults of vertical machining center.We should find out the ratios of the fault positions and the fault modes,the weak links and latent weakness of the reliability.We should feed the analysis back to the departments responsible for the designing,manufacturing and assembling.Some measures are adopted and the reliability levels of machining center are enhanced clearly.
