摘　　要：目的　探讨插入式腹部薄皮瓣修复手和腕部广泛深度烧伤的可行性 ,积累临床治疗经验。　方法　 12例手严重烧伤患者 ,均伴有多指背及手腕的创面。供瓣区选上腹部 4例 ,下腹部 8例。皮瓣断蒂时间为 10～ 13d。　结果　除 2例皮瓣远端有 2cm× 2cm及 1cm× 1cm大小坏死外 ,其余均全部成活。患者手功能及外形恢复满意。　结论　腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手和腕部严重烧伤是一种比较好的手术方法。Objective To summarize the experienc e of repairing of severely burned hand and wrist with abdominal thin skin flaps in insertion pattern. Methods Twelve burn patients with the dorsum of the hands and wr ist being severely injured were enrolled in this report. The donor sites of the flaps were selected on the upper abdomen in 4 cases and on the lower abdomen in 8 cases. The division of the flap pedicles was done on the 10th-13th postoperati ve days. Results All the flaps survived except that there were two necrot ic areas sized 2cm×2cm and 1cm×1cm,respectively,on the distal ends of the flap s in two cases. The hand function and contour recovered satisfactorily after the operation. Conclusion It could be an ideal choice for the repair of severel y burned hand and wrist with abdominal thin skin flaps.
