摘  要:目的 探讨创伤骨折病人健康教育的模式。方法 将 117例新入院的创伤骨折病人随机分为实验组与对照组 ,实验组采取有针对性地对患者迫切关心的问题进行健康教育 ,与对照组传统的健康教育方式进行对比。结果 实验组心理应激反应的程度明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 创伤骨折病人入院时的健康教育内容着重于解决患者迫切关心的问题 ,可以帮助其提高应对能力 。ObjectiveTo evaluate a model of health education for patients with bone fracture.Methods117 in patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The patients in the former received nursing care of health education focusing on what they care about most, and the latter of the conventional one.ResultsThe response to psychological stress in the experimental group was obviously lowered than that in the control group ( P <0.01).ConclusionIt is suggested that the nursing care of health education of the new style helps patients rehabilitate and lower their reaction to psychological stress.
