摘　　要：目的　探讨降糖灵对胰岛A细胞毒性作用的选择性。方法　应用免疫组织化学、透射电镜及体视学方法 ,研究大鼠肌注降糖灵 50mg/kg后胰岛细胞的形态变化。 结果　肌注降糖灵 2d后胰岛A细胞有损伤改变 (P <0 0 5) ,4d后恢复。胰岛内B细胞、D细胞、PP细胞及外分泌部无明显变化。结论　降糖灵可选择性破坏大鼠胰岛A细胞 ,病变稳定、选择性高 。Objective To explore the selection rate of cytotoxic effect of phenethylbiguanide on islet A cells.Methods Using immunohisto chemistry,electronmicroscopy and stereology to study the pathological changes of islet cells of pancreas in the rats muscularly in jected(50mg/kg) phenethylbiguanide.Results Islet A cells showed morphological injury after 2 days(P<0.05),starting to repair after 4 days.Injury was not found in islet B cells,D cells and PP cells and exocrine tissue.Conclusion Islet A cells in rats are selectively injured by phenethylbiguanide and the pathological changes had a good stability and high selection rate,which is a better experimental tool in order to study the functions of islet A cells.
