安徽省医疗机构腹泻病门诊现状及疫情报告管理分析

摘　　要：本文根据 2 0 0 0年 7月安徽省卫生厅组织的对 1 7个市医疗机构执法检查结果 ,总结分析了腹泻病门诊及疫情报告现状。结果显示全省医疗机构基本能够按照法律法规的要求 ,开展腹泻病人的监测管理和疫情报告工作。但是 ,在管理上、技术上仍存在不规范行为 ,甚至有些单位还存在违法行为 。According to the results of supervision on medical institutions in 17 prefectures conducted by Anhui Public Health Bureau in July, 2000. This paper summarized diarrhea clinic and case report status. The results indicated that medical institutions in the whole province basically exercised diarrhea patients surveillance and management and case report in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. But there existed irregular activities in management and technique, illegal activities even in some units. Thus, activities of medical institutions should be further more regulated and supervised.
