HPLC法测定复方磺胺甲口恶唑片中SMZ及TMP的含量

摘　　要：　目的　建立同时测定SMZ和TMP含量的HPLC法。方法　ODS柱 ,以 0 0 3mol·L-1H3 PO4(含 0 2 %三乙胺 ) 甲醇(80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,流速为 1 2ml·min-1,以咖啡因为内标 ,检测波长为 2 4 0nm。结果　测得平均回收率SMZ为 99 7% ,RSD=0 5 6 % ;TMP为 98 3% ,RSD =0 4 2 %。结论　本法简便 ,重现性好 ,结果准确 ,可作为该片剂质量控制的方法。AIM To establish the HPLC method for the determination of SMZ and TMP sametime. METHODS ODS column with the mobile phase consisted of phosphoricacid (0 2% triaminoethane) and methanol (80:20), flow rate 1 2 ml·min -1 , detection at 240 nm, caffeine as internal stardard. RESULTS The average recovery of SMZ was 99 7%, RSD=0 56%, and the average recovery of TMP was 98 3%, RSD=0 42%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, repeat and accurate, which can be used as one of methods. for quality control of the tablets.
