摘  要:本项研究涉及的 A、B两株棉铃虫病原真菌对棉铃虫有较强的致病力 ,根据 A菌株的形态特征及培养性状 ,参考有关文献 ,初步鉴定为 Paecilomycesheliothis Brown et Smith(棉铃虫拟青霉 )。B菌株与 A菌株是否为同种 ,有待于进一步研究。试验表胆 ,A、B两个菌株对蔗糖、葡萄糖都能利用 ,黑暗条件有利于菌丝的生长 ,连续光照则促进子实体的分化和形成。 A菌株分生孢子比 B菌株更易萌发 ,经2 4 h测定 A菌株的孢子萌发率为 4 1.4 % ,而A?B strains had very strong pathogenicity. According to the biological and cultural character of two strains and consulting relative decμments, it was preliminarily identifed that A was Pascilomyces heliothis Brown et Amith. Whether the two strains were the same species or not had to be taken further study. The consults showed that the two strains could also utilize sucrose and glucose:darkness was benefit to the growth of hypha, and successive illμmination accelerated to take sporocarp shape. The germinating rate of A strains was 41.1% every 24 h, but B strains didn't gerninate.
