累托石质坯料可塑性的研究

摘　　要：研究了挤出成型用累脱石质坯料的可塑性能。当生坯的含水率在 2 8%～ 4 5 %时 ,全生坯料的可塑性指标达 3.6～ 4 .4kg·cm。掺入堇青石熟料后 ,坯料的可塑性发生变化。当生料 :熟料为 7:3时 ,坯料的可塑性最好 ,可塑性指标为 4 .74kg·cm。实验表明累托石是一种高可塑性粘土 。The plasticity of rectorite talc Al 2O 3 mixtures for extrusion molding was studied.The plasticity index of the raw material mixtures is 3.6～4.4kg·cm when 28%～45% of water is added.Cordierite grog was synthesized with rectorite talc Al 2O 3 mixtrue.The plasticity of the bodies varied with the content of grog.The plasticity index is 4.74kg·cm when the ratio of the raw material to grog is 7:3.The observed high plasticity is attributed to rectorite minerals and the very small particle size of body powders.The plastic bodies made from rectorite have a good moldability.
