摘　　要：目的:研究阿斯匹林对2型糖尿病患者心率变异性的影响,并进一步探讨其对糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能的调节作用。方法:将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,通过心率变异性(HRV)分析了解未服阿斯匹林组(第1组)与服用阿斯匹林组(第2组)服药前及服药3个月、1年后的短程频域分析各项指标的变化情况,以及低频段(LF)、高频段(HF)、低频段与高频段比值(LF/HF)之间的关系。结果:服药前两组指标无显著差异性(P>0.05),TP、HF、LF均较正常值下降,LF/HF均较正常值上升。3个月后,第2组LF轻度上升,HF、LF/HF无明显变化;第1组无明显变化,两组指标有上升趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1年后,两组指标有显著差异性(P<0.01),第2组TP、HF、LF均上升,LF/HF显著下降;第1组LF与HF继续不同程度下降,LF/HF上升或变化不明显。结论:服用阿斯匹林1年以上的2型糖尿病患者心率变异性各项指标明显上升,自主神经对心脏的调节能力明显增强。ve: To study the effect of aspirin to type 2 diabetic heart rate variability and further investigate the regulative effect of aspirin to autonomic nerve of heart. Methods: The type 2 diabetics were divided into 2 groups at random. The heart rate variability ( HRV) was used to analysis changes of short distance frequency analytic index in 2 groups before taking aspirin, after taking aspirin 3 month and 1 year. And low frequency (LF)、high frequency (HF) and the ratio between LF and HF (LF/HF) were studied by HRV. Results: ① There was no significant difference in 2 groups before taking aspirin (P > 0. 05). TP、LF and HF were decreasing and LF/HF was rising. ② After taking aspirin 3 month, LF was rising slightly and HF、LF/HF had no obviously changes in second group which taking aspirin. There was no statistic significance in first group which without taking aspirin. ③After taking aspirin 1 year, there were significant differences in 2 groups (P < 0. 01). TF、HF and LF were rising and LF/HF was decreasing obviously in second group. LF、HF were rising continuously and LF/HF had no obvious change in first group. Conclusion: The type 2 diabetic heart rate variability index is rising obviously after taking aspirin 1 year. Regulative capability of autonomic nerve to heart strengthens obviously.
