中国小豆种质资源核心样品的初步建立

摘　　要：基于地理区划、农艺性状鉴定和营养品质分析资料 ,通过离差平方和法聚类 ,采用系统取样和随机取样相结合 ,从 394 6份小豆种质资源中选取 4 0 8份种质作为核心样品 ,并经多样性指数和数值性状的t测验以及核心种质与全部种质的性状极值、标准差和变异系数的比较 。Based on agroecological characterization,evaluation and grain quality analysis data,a core collection comprising 408 accessions from 3 946 Chinese adzuki bean( Vigna angularis (Willd) Ohwi & Ohashi) germplasm was developed by using sampling strategies combined stratification with random and cluster analysis by Ward′s methods.After the T test of Shannon diversity index and qualitative characters and the comparison of the character value of maximum /minimum,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of core collection with those of whole collection,the core collection could well represent the genetic diversity of the whole collection.
