摘　　要：采用双抗体夹心 EL ISA法测定了 Graves病 (下称 GD)患者外周血白细胞介素 Iβ( IL - Iβ)及白细胞介素 ( IL- 6)的水平 ,旨在探讨 GD时外周血 IL- Iβ和 IL- 6的变化及其相关关系。结果显示 ,GD各组血清 IL- Iβ与 IL-6水平与正常对照组比较均显著增多 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,IL- Iβ与 IL- 6呈显著正相关关系。认为 IL- Iβ与 IL- 6在IL Iβ?IL 6 were determined from sera by enzyme linked immunsorbent assay(ELISA)to investigate the changes of sera interleukin Iβ(IL Iβ),interleukin 6(IL 6)and explore the correlations between IL Iβ,IL 6 and Graves Disease Result showed sera IL Iβ and IL 6 values were significantly increased in untreated GD group compared with normal control group The result proves that IL Iβ?IL 6 play important roles during the development of the disease in patients with Graves Disease
