摘 要:涡轮流量计与旋涡流量计的流量系数随被测流体的物理性质变化而变化。基于这个原因,在流量计投入使用之前,应测取实际的流量系数。本文根据相似理论推导出涡轮流量计与旋涡流量计的流量系数表达式,其结论是:流量系数仅是雷诺数的函数。据此可绘制出流量系数图(表)。如果此结论被采用,使用流量计时,就不必测量实际的流量系数,而是直接从流量系数图上查出流量系数。这样,可保证有较好的测量精确度。The flow coefficients of Turbine Flow Meter and Votex Flow Meter will vary as the physical characteristics of the measured fluid change.It is this reason that the real flow coefficients should be measured before the Flow Meter is used.In this paper,the expression of the flow coefficients of Turbine Flow Meter and Votex Flow Meter have been deduced from similarity theory.As a result,the flow coefficients only are the funtion of Roynolds Number.From here we see that the diagrams of the flow coefficients can be drawn out from the expression of the flow coefficients.If this conclusion is used,the real flow coefficient needn't be measured,but it can be found in the diagrams of the flow coefficients and the good measuring accuracy of flow meter may be kept.
