摘  要:α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂不仅能调节体内糖代谢,还具有抗HIV和抗病毒感染的作用,对治疗和预防糖尿病及其并发症和控制艾滋病的传染等具有重要作用。本文采用快速灵敏的比色法,对青岛沿海20种常见大型海藻的脂溶性提取物的酶抑制活性进行了初步筛选。结果发现所有的海藻的脂溶性提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶都有一定的抑制活性,其中松节藻、扁江篱、海头红、叉开网翼藻和肠浒苔等藻类提取物对α-葡萄糖、苷酶的抑制活性比较显著,抑制率达到60%以上。从总体上看红藻提取物活性相对较强,而褐藻提取物活性相对较弱。从活性测定结果来看,很有希望从海藻提取物中发现新的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。α-Glucosidase inhibitors can not only modulate the metabolism of sugar, but also have activities of anti-HIV and anti-viral, infections, and play an important role on treatment and prevention of diabetes and its Complications. Rapid colorimetric assays were used to detect inhibitors of a-Glucosidase, the organic solvent extracts of 20 species of algae collected from Qingdao coast were screened for the presence of alpha-glucosidase inhibitors. The result indicated that most of algal extracts have inhibitory activity against a-glucosidase; the inhibitory activity of the organic solvent extracts from Rhodomela confervoides (Huds. ) Silva, Gracilaria textorii (Sur. ) DeToni, Plocamium telfairiae Harv. , Dictyopteris divarica-ta (Okam. ) and Enteromorpha intestinalis (L. ) Link is prominent, their inhibitory rate was all above 60%. In general, the activity of red algal extracts is relatively strong, and that of brown algal extracts is relatively weak. The results suggested that macroalgae have potential as a source of a-glucosidase inhibitors.
